Stuart H. Sorkin is the founder of The Business and Legal Advisors (BLA), a business consulting firm that serves both start-up and existing small/mid-size businesses in the design and implementation of business growth strategies. It is BLA’s philosophy that a successful business plan must integrate and align the owner’s personal goals with short and long-term achievable and measurable objectives. Mr. Sorkin has more than 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur, CPA, and attorney licensed to practice in the District of Columbia. This broad experience allows Mr. Sorkin to develop a customized business growth plan that establishes employee and management accountability towards ultimate business goals. These milestones allow the owner to periodically access the success of this business strategy, and, if necessary, make adjustments.
